Patient Advocates are located off the East Corridor of the 2nd floor of the Medical Mall in the Patient Assistance Center.

About

Madigan's Patient Advocates are the liaison between patients and staff. We promote teamwork to resolve the concerns of patients and their families and ensure the optimal delivery of health care.

You may call a Patient Advocate at (253) 968-1145, Option 4. We do our best to return messages the same day. When that isn’t possible, you can usually expect to hear back from us within 24 business hours. The next time you receive a Joint Outpatient Experience Survey (JOES) in the mail, please respond online or by phone, and participate in making Madigan better.
