Madigan employs a variety of medical and administrative civilian personnel. With the exception of some Physician and Nurse applicants, Madigan cannot accept resumes or take employment applications directly.

The Madigan Civilian Medical Recruiter is located in Civilian Human Resources off the ground floor of the Medical Mall along the East Corridor in Rooms G-57-02 and G-57-09. Pre-Employment Requirements, Information, and Forms
Congratulations on your selection for a position with Madigan Army Medical Center. We are excited to have you become a part of the Madigan Team. There are a number of pre-employment requirements that must be completed before we can make the official firm job offer. Depending on your background and the position for which you've been selected, this pre-employment process may include a pre-employment Physical Examination, Urinalysis, Security Background Investigation including fingerprints, and a thorough Credentialing and Privileging determination. This process can be lengthy but we are here to assist you in any way needed. Your responsiveness in completing and submitting required documentation is very important and will expedite the hiring process. All documents will be sent to you by the onboarding team with completion and return instructions.
