To schedule an appointment by phone, call the Puget Sound Military Appointment Center at 800-404-4506 to schedule an appointment with your provider. Madigan is expanding the availability of virtual appointments. As Madigan has reduced some of its non-urgent in-person appointments to limit possible exposure of both patients and staff to COVID-19, telehealth options are being implemented. Depending on your needs, a video or telephone appointment with your provider may be a booked as an alternative to an in-person appointment.

., commencing Sept. 29, 2022 (closed on federal holiday).
