The Internal Medicine Clinic at Madigan Army Medical Center

Directions

From the Madigan Army Medical Center Gate (Interstate 5, exit 122) follow Jackson Avenue to the second traffic light and turn right at Beaumont Avenue into the Medical Mall parking lot.

The Internal Medicine Clinic is located at the base of the escalator on the ground floor of the Madigan Medical Mall.

Background

Madigan’s Internal Medicine Clinic is a primary care medical home with an interdisciplinary approach to delivering high quality, comprehensive, evidence-based, compassionate care. The Internal Medicine Clinic engages patients as partners in their health and wellness.

Each patient has access to a team of health care providers – physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, clinical psychologists, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and case management professionals – to develop a complete, personalized health care plan. This multidisciplinary approach aims to improve access, coordinate services, address questions/concerns, and ensure the care plan is delivered and effective.

Overall, the Madigan Internal Medicine Clinic’s mission is to provide high quality, whole person, and multi-disciplinary health care for all empaneled patients.

Care Teams

The IMC provides team-based primary care services. Your health care team includes:

  • Core Care Team – You, your assigned clinician (staff physician, resident physician, or nurse practitioner) and your assigned nurse. If your Core Care Team clinician is not available, you will be cared for by another qualified clinician in the clinic.
  • Extended Care Team – Front desk staff, registered nurses, other clinicians and nursing staff, nurse case managers, clinical pharmacists, clinical psychologists, and social workers.
