MADIGAN Physical Therapy will promote wellness and generate a medically ready and ready medical force through high quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered healthcare in support of DoD Beneficiaries. Our locations consist of five on JBLM in the Tacoma area. The main PT clinic is located in the hospital, and we have clinics on JBLM at Okubo, Winder, McChord as well as Puyallup and South Sound clinics off of JBLM.

MADIGAN PT offers direct access to services for active-duty individuals. This service does not require a referral from primary care. If you are active duty and had an injury in the last 14 days, please call the Integrated Referral Appointment Center (formerly PSMAC) at 1-800-404-4506 and ask for a direct access PT appointment.

The mission of MADIGAN Occupational Therapy is to promote readiness and wellness efforts to help ensure healthy living and optimal performance. OT provides acute, chronic, and rehabilitation care in the areas of the upper extremity, behavioral health, and human performance utilizing high quality, evidence-base care in support of our DoD beneficiaries.

Physical Medicine Clinic
To promote the optimal means of functional improvement and independence in an informative and supportive manner for patients with conditions affecting the musculoskeletal and neurologic systems.
Chiropractic Clinic
Our mission is to maintain a fit force and high level of unit readiness while simultaneously integrating the highest quality preventive, clinical, surgical, and rehabilitative services; research; and graduate medical education so that we are the choice for musculoskeletal care among all our health care beneficiaries.
*All Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) eligible beneficiaries can use our prescription services. The pharmacy can fill original prescriptions from civilian or military sources, and transfer refills from other military installations as long as the pharmacy carries the medication. Patients may also use TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery or a TRICARE civilian network pharmacy.
