Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.

About Us

Our services range from clinical pathology such as phlebotomy (blood drawing), chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and anatomic pathology including surgical pathology, cytology, and autopsy. In addition the Department of Pathology is responsible for the oversight, preparation, storage, and administration of blood products. The first totally automated lab in the Department of Defense, Madigan's CORE Lab, was unveiled to staff and guests at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Madigan Army Medical Center on Aug. 23, 2017.

Patients using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal can click “Health Record” from the home screen, then select “Pathology” to access most laboratory results.
