Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

The Madigan Army Medical Center Gate (Interstate 5 at Exit 122A) is currently closed. Use the JBLM Logistics Gate (Interstate 5 at Exit 122B) or the JBLM Main Gate (Interstate 5 at Exit 120) and ask the entry control personnel for directions to Madigan Army Medical Center, 9040 Jackson Avenue.
