Directions

Mammography is located in Madigan Army Medical Center and can be reached by taking I-5 exit 122 and parking in the Medical Mall Purple Parking Lot or the Southwest Orange Parking Lot. Mammography is located in room 1-46-C5 on the first floor of the Hospital Tower and can be reached by taking the East Corridor of the hospital.

About

Madigan Breast Imaging Service is Mammography Quality Standards Act Certified and offers digital screening and diagnostic mammography, diagnostic breast ultrasound and MRI breast imaging. We perform stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI guided breast biopsies and offer a comprehensive Breast Pathway Clinic to include breast cancer high risk evaluation services and surveillance. Just one of three military treatment facilities in the Department of Defense to be named an American College of Radiology Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, Madigan's Breast Imaging Service takes patient safety, quality and satisfaction as top priorities delivering comfortable and compassionate patient care.

Self-Referral Screenings: 

Patients can call to schedule or stop by the dept. in Radiology. Referral /order from PCM  not needed.  call: (253) 968-3669/0997

Appointments can be made by visiting the Radiology Scheduling Desk in room 1-46-05, which is located on the first floor of the Hospital Tower and can be reached by taking the East Corridor of the hospital.

A patient checking in for Mammography is also done in room 1-46-05, which is located on the first floor of the Hospital Tower and can be reached by taking the East Corridor of the hospital.

If you have a mammogram scheduled, please fill out the "Mammography Worksheet" and fax to Madigan's Department of Radiology Scheduling at (253) 968-2689 during business hours or bring the filled-out form to your Radiology appointment.
