Computerized Tomography

About Us

Madigan offers a state-of-the art Computerized Tomography scan service and is one of the lowest-dose hospitals in the area. We offer cardiac and virtual colonoscopy services as a specialty. We offer a wide variety of appointment types for ease of scheduling and minimal down time for the patient.

Patients having a CT scan are those referred from their primary care provider and civilian trauma patients.

Appointments can be made by visiting the Radiology Scheduling Desk in Room 1-46-05, located on the first floor of the Hospital Tower and can be reached by taking the East Corridor of the hospital.

A patient checking in a CT scan is done in Room 1-36-C2, located on the first floor of the Hospital Tower across from the Nutrition Clinic and can be reached by taking the South Corridor of the hospital.

If you know your CT examination will require administration of intravenous contrast, please fill out the "Patient Screening For Radiographic Contrast Agents"  form and fax to Madigan's Department of Radiology scheduling at 253-968-2689 during business hours or bring the filled-out form to your Radiology appointment.

Directions

CT is located in Madigan Army Medical Center and can be reached by taking I-5 Exit 122 and parking in the Medical Mall Purple Parking Lot or the Southwest Orange Parking Lot. CT is located on the first floor of the Hospital Tower, Room 1-36-C4, across from the Occupational Therapy clinic and can be reached by taking the South Corridor of the hospital.
