Directions
The Patient Assistance Center is located in Madigan Army Medical Center and can be reached by taking I-5 Exit 122 and turning onto Beaumont Avenue into the Medical Mall Purple Parking Lot. The Patient Assistance Center is located down the East Corridor on the second floor from the Medical Mall. Patient Advocates and Beneficiary Counselors are located in the Patient Assistance Center in room 2-57-C2 across from Provost Marshal.

Welcome to the Patient Assistance Center! Whether you have questions on your TRICARE benefit, need assistance with a medical bill from a provider in the community, or want to speak with someone about your care at Madigan, the Patient Assistance Center staff is here to help. Madigan has conveniently located Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordinators (BCAC), a Debt Collection Assistance Officer, Patient Advocates, and Supplemental Care Coordinators for all of our patients in one convenient location.
The mission of Patient Advocates is to ensure our patients are satisfied with their medical care at Madigan and are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Patient Advocates may assist a patient’s flow through the medical system, as well as enhance the relationship between the patient and the staff. Madigan’s Patient Advocates are here to ensure your concerns and suggestions are properly addressed. We are ready to assist you with any situation in which our hospital staff may not be able to provide immediate resolution.
The mission of TRICARE Operations is to educate patient beneficiaries about their TRICARE medical and dental benefits and provide assistance with enrollment in a TRICARE health or dental plan or the TRICARE Plus program, concerns about TRICARE medical bills or network referrals and claims, assignment of a primary care manager, or any other concern related to TRICARE benefits.

- Assistance with claims from network care (Supplemental Care)

Computer work stations are available in the Patient Assistance Center waiting room that are accessible with Common Access Card (CAC), plus a telephone available for:
- Access TRICARE.mil to learn more about the TRICARE benefits (Medical, Dental and Pharmacy).
- Phones to call or click on Health Net for enrollment and additional referral assistance.
- Guard and Reserve Service Members will be able to start the process to sign up for TRICARE Reserve Select.
