COVID-19 Vaccine for patients 6 months to 4 years old

Joint base Lewis-McChord  –   Madigan is pleased to announce we are offering the Pfizer vaccine for Madigan patients ages 6 months to 4 years old.  The newest pediatric COVID-19 vaccine will be offered by appointment only in our Pediatric Immunization Clinic to all Madigan enrolled pediatric patients 6 months to 4 years old (including Family Medicine, McChord, Puyallup, and South Sound).  The Pediatric Immunization Clinic is located on the first floor of the Medical Mall.  Contact the Immunization Clinic by calling 253-968-3066, Option #4.  Patients enrolled to the Pediatric Clinic can also ask for the vaccine at scheduled Well Child and Acute appointments.  Well Child and Acute appointments can be booked by contacting the Puget Sound Military Appointment Center at 1-800-404-4506. 
 
For children 5 years old and above, all primary care clinics are offering a limited number of appointments for primary series or booster doses.  Please call or message you provider and care team to schedule an appointment. 
 
The COVID-19 vaccine is also available at Tricare network pharmacies as well as at other community locations.  To find the nearest vaccine location please visit: vaccinelocator.doh.wa.gov   If you or your child are immunized off post, please provide a copy of your vaccine record to your provider and care team so we can update your immunization record.
