REMINDER!
TRAFFIC ADVISORY:
Gardner Loop Road and 5th St will undergo reconstruction to include sidewalks on one side of the road from Feb. 26 to Sept. 26, 2024.
Work starts north of the median past the Warrior in Transition Unit, Building #9057, and continues through to the intersection with Jackson Ave, near Madigan Gate. The work is scheduled in three phases:
Phase 1: from Feb. 26 to June 10, 2024: Work on Gardner Loop Road on northbound (inner loop side) lanes with traffic limited to one lane in northbound direction.
Phase 2: from June 11 to Sept. 26, 2024: Work on Gardner Loop Road on southbound (outer loop) lanes with traffic limited to one lane in northbound direction.
Phase 3: from June 13 to August 14, 2024: Work on 5th St from Gardner Loop Road to Blaine Avenue will require full closure.
On Gardner Loop Road lane of traffic in the northbound direction will remain throughout the construction period. Detours will be placed to direct traffic and will include additional signage to the Emergency Room and Pharmacy.
